The 7000CD is our largest, manual fill pressurized steam cleaner. The 7000CD is made for rigorous, everyday use with its stainless steel construction, 9L boiler tank, upto 4.5 bar pressure, and 105°C steam temperature. This unit features 4 safety systems, a blowdown valve to help maintain its life and performance, a heavy-duty contactor switch, as well as an adjustable steam nozzle and foot pedal for control. Made in Italy. The 7000CD provides users with the option to add our (#1300IA) water feed valve.

Pressurized steam is ideally suited for use for industrial or commercial settings where sanitization and disinfection is required. Particularly suited for instances where traditional methods of cleaning are challenging.

STEAM GUN

3000DA steam gun comes with an 6’ steam hose and quick connect fittings. The small diameter opening gives a very concentrated amount of steam.

EXTERNAL SOLENOID VALVE WITH QUICK RELEASE

The 7000CD is equipped with an external solenoid for complete steam control. The solenoid allows the user to manually adjust steam output for complete steam control. The quick release fitting allows for easy removal and connecting of a wide variety of accessories.

4 SAFETY SYSTEMS

The 7000CD has 4 safety systems including a pressure switch, probe safety thermostat on the heating element, safety cap with safety valve, and a low water indicator.

BLOW DOWN VALVE

Cleaning the inside of the 7000CD is a simple task with the supplied blow down valve

PRESSURE GAUGE

A pressure gauge is standard on the 7000CD. It gives you a constant, visual indicator of the internal boiler pressure.

OUR BOILERS

Our professional boilers are designed with the best materials, quality and craftsmanship. The tank is made of high-grade stainless steel, eliminating the chance of rust and contamination of the water supply. The copper element is an excellent conductor, and delivers an even heat dispersion inside of the tank. With a 9L boiler, the large tank allows for up to 8 hours of continuous steaming.
