Shipping and Returns
We use UPS for delivery within the US and Canada to ship packages up to 70 lbs. Items that need to be palletized (ie. large heavy items such as vacuum tables or built sewing machines) are shipped via truck freight.
UPS does not deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Please note: we require a proof of receipt signature on all shipments, both UPS and palletized. When ordering, please provide a ship-to address where someone will be able to sign for the shipment. If your order is returned as undeliverable and you choose to cancel the order, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Free Shipping: For our items that have free shipping, the offer is applicable for ship-to addresses within the continental USA and Canadian provinces only. (Does not include Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, Nunavut or the Territories.) With UPS standard service.
Items Shipping on Pallets : For items that require shipping on pallets via freight/truck services, shipping charges will not be showing on your original order. With the ship-to address provided on the order, we will obtain and send you a shipping quote via email. Please note that all freight shipments will require someone to be at the ship-to address at the time of delivery.
If the quote is accepted, we will charge the shipping on a separate order and payment will be required prior to shipment. If the quote is not accepted, we will cancel the originating order. As no funds are taken during the original order process (only an authorization is taken) you will not see any funds leaving your account.
Unused equipment may be returned prepaid within 30 days of original receipt for a refund of the purchase price, minus any shipping charges. On equipment which has seen usage, a 10% to 20% restocking charge will apply depending on the condition of the return. Reliable does not accept returns after 30 days.
