How often should I flush the boiler tank?
If using tap water, the boiler should be cleaned and flushes at least once per week, with twice per week recommended for optimal performance. When connected to a direct water line in areas with hard water, we recommend installing an inline filter to help soften the water.
What size hose do I need for the water line?
Connect the water feed to the water inlet using a 1/2-inch ID tube and bind it using an SAE size 8 clamp. Ensure the dial on the Pedrollo water pump is in the correct position for direct water feed or an external water source.
What are the dimensions of 9200BU?

No, the 9200BU is sold as the boiler only and all attachments such as the 4100IR steam iron, 3800IA steam brush, 3900IA steam wand, or 3000DA steam gun are sold separately.
What sort of water should I use in my boiler?
The 9200BU can operate with either tap water or distilled water.
Why does my boiler switch keep going on and off?
When the boiler is generating steam, the red light on the boiler switch will be on. When it reaches maximum pressure, the light will then go off. This will happen frequently while the unit is in use and is normal.
If I let my boiler run dry, will it burn out the element?
While it is not recommended to let your boiler run dry, all Reliable boilers are equipped with a safety reset switch that will automatically shut the unit off if it runs dry in order to save the heating element.
My boiler was working but now it won’t turn on, or it will turn on but won’t heat. How do I get it working again?

Why does the 9200BU not come with a plug?
It is recommended that the unit be wired directly to your power supply. The boiler operates on 220V, single phase. If you choose to use a plug, ensure that it is the correct type and rated for the wattage of the unit, as well as any accessories you intend to connect. Always consult a licensed electrician in your area to ensure installation complies with local electrical safety codes.
