The SewQuiet™ 7000SM represents the fifth generation of Reliable’s energy saving servo motor innovation. The servo motor as compared to the old clutch motor is a much lighter alternative. It offers the sewers the control they need to do step-by-step stitching precisely.

The Reliable 7000SM SewQuiet™ Servo Motor is a brushless motor that runs only when the foot pedal is pressed. It is quieter than a continuously running clutch motor, which is less energy efficient. The total silence of the Reliable SewQuiet™ Servo Motor makes it an excellent upgrade for sewing machines vs clutch motors.

The speed ranges from 200 RPM to 7000 RPM.

The motor is 750 watts and consumes 1 Horsepower output with 3.7Nm torque (28% more than previous models) for powerful, efficient, and low-maintenance operation.

The 7000SM works with type M or L style belts.  Please refer to your sewing machine manual for the correct belt type and size.

The 7000SM servo motor accommodates a novice to a professional sewer, allowing the operator to adjust the motor according to their machine and application.

We have designed the SewQuiet™ 7000SM keeping in mind that most sewers use various types of fabric. It provides the kind of torque that’s needed to work with the toughest materials with ease. There are program settings in the motor that can be adjusted to suit your requirement which would help you to perform heavy/thick work. The motor also has programs to help with the ease of sewing heavy to dense materials.

The SewQuiet™ 7000SM is ideal for coverstitch, sergers and twin-needle sewing machines that require reverse rotation. And as the name suggests, our SewQuiet™ 7000SM is very quiet.

Both the 6000SM and 7000SM feature the same reliable 12-coil design, delivering the consistency that sewers expect. The difference is in the power. The 6000SM provides 500W of output, while the 7000SM delivers a full 750W and a full horsepower. This increase in wattage translates into higher torque, giving operators more power for tougher jobs, without sacrificing the smooth and quiet performance SewQuiet™ motors are known for.

The 7000SM comes with a Synchronizer. It will allow you to stop the needle in various set positions. Please note the synchronizer does not fit on all sewing machines. Please make sure it will fit on yours before ordering.
