Sometimes you will notice initial “leaking” from your steam gun when you first go to use it due to condensation left in the hose from a prior use. This can also happen if your boiler has been overfilled but will stop once water levels have decreased to a lower level.

Please note that the maximum indicated on the water measuring tube will be lower than the amount of water that can physically fit in your tank.  This is because you need to leave some room for steam!

On the side of your unit you will see a black cap that says “Reset”. Unscrew this and press the black button underneath to reset your unit.
