The 6000CD is our mid-size manual fill unit with a 4.5L boiler tank, 4.5 bar pressure, 105C steam temperature, all stainless steel construction, and Made in Italy. It’s built for all-day, everyday use. It features 4 safety systems, a blowdown valve to help maintain its life and performance, a heavy-duty contactor switch, and the 3000DA steam gun with a round nozzle. The 6000CD is for those that demand the very best performance but don’t require more than 4.5L capacity.
Features
Our Boiler
Our professional boilers are designed with the best materials, quality and craftsmanship. The tank is made of high-grade stainless steel, eliminating the chance of rust and contamination of the water supply. The copper element is an excellent conductor, and delivers an even heat dispersion inside of the tank. With a 4.5L boiler, the large tank allows for up to 6 hours of continuous steaming.
Steam Gun
The 3000DA steam gun comes with an 6’ steam hose and quick connect fittings. The small diameter opening gives a very concentrated amount of steam.
Blow Down Valve
Cleaning the inside of the 6000CD is a simple task with the supplied blow down valve.
4 Safety Systems
Pressure switch, probe safety thermostat on the heating element, safety cap with safety valve, and low water indicator.
External Solenoid Valve with Quick Release
The 6000CD is equipped with an external solenoid for complete steam control. The solenoid allows the user to manually adjust steam output for complete steam control. The quick release fitting allows for easy removal and connecting of a wide variety of accessories.
