Can I use distilled water?
- You cannot use 100% distilled water. The Brio Pro 1000CC is designed to work with regular tap water.
Why is my steam wet?
- Check that you are not on position 4 on the handle. Position 4 is for the hot water injection. This is a powerful hot water & steam rinse designed to help clean when a little water will help.
Why am I not getting anything releasing from my boiler?
- Make sure the hose is properly connected to the body.
How hot is the steam being emitted from my Brio Pro 1000CC?
- The steam temperature at the tip of the Brio Pro is 250°F / 121°C
How big is the tank on the Brio Pro 1000CC?
- The Brio Pro includes a 5 L Water Capacity.
- The Brio pro also features CSS Continuous Fill Technology. Simply refill the water tank when the water level is low and away you go.

- The Brio Pro is equipped with a 9.6’ steam hose. This is the optimal length for steam. Any longer and you will get too much moisture build up in the line.

- The Brio Pro 1000CC comes with a lifetime warranty on the boiler. All other parts are warranty from defect for one year.
