The 500VBASBH sleeve board and bottle holder combo. The sleeve board allows you to press inseams and sleeves by simply sliding the board forward. When done, the board slides back so it is out of the way of your regular pressing. The bottle holder which allows you to hang the bottle from a gravity feed iron simply and conveniently. The pole is designed to hold the water load from a full bottle. Fits the 500VB and 550VB.
